Point Redemption for Rewards :-

What can I redeem my points for?
1)	Partners can redeem their points for a wide range of awards – from jewellery to durables to international trips.

Who gets the awards?
2)	The channel Partner organisation gets the award. The owners can then decide on who should be the final recipient of the award.

Can I ask for an award in the name of one of the owners?
3)	No. The award will be as per the name of the organization only. The owners of the organization can then decide who should be the beneficiary of the award.

Can I redeem points for cash?
4)	No. Points cannot be redeemed for cash. Points can only be redeemed for awards as will be announced from time to time.

When can I redeem points?
5)	You can redeem points after completing 6 months of membership. Thereafter, Partners can redeem points twice a year, in July and January. If you are a Blue Partner, you can redeem your points only after you graduate to Silver tier.

How do I redeem points?

How long will it take to receive my award?
7	You should receive your award within 6-8 weeks from the closure of the redemption window in which you have redeemed

When can I redeem the Cumulative Points?
8	The Cumulative Points can be redeemed at the end of each year that they accrue in as will be shown in your High Rise Points Statement.

Where will the awards be delivered?
9	Awards will be delivered to the official address of the organization mentioned at the time of enrollment.
